Cardholder's rights


All electronic sales of goods or services must respect the rules of distance selling:
  • The buyer has the right to clear information before buying, including the name of the merchant and his contact information (email address), the company registration number, the prices, the shipping costs and the amount of the VAT, and the complete postal address of the merchant in case of goods.
  • Every merchant has the obligation to provide fraud protection in case of credit card payments
  • Every buyer has the right to be refunded within 14 days according to the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.
  • Every merchant has the obligation to refund all transactions at the moment the buyer exercises their right of withdrawal.
A buyer has the right to ask for a refund from their bank according to Visa and MasterCard rules, within 6 months after the transaction is made. A charge-back can be made in the following cases:
  • the product or the service have not been delivered
  • the product or the service is not in accordance with the order
  • the merchant has cancelled the order without refunding the buyer
  • the credit card has been used in a fraudulent transaction
  • in the case of bankruptcy or insolvency of the merchant.
If the charge-back is justified, the buyer well be credited with the debited amount and the merchant will be debited with the same amount plus the charge-back fees.

  • Decline any requests for help or information to anyone attempting to bypass the laws of any country.
  • Cooperate with the relevant legal authorities.
